English Artists on Lake Como

Museo del Paesaggio del Lago di Como
until 16th September 2023

In April this year I had the great privilege of being included in an artists’ trip to Lake Como,  organised and generously funded by Tim Guinness in order to raise money for the Anglican church there.  It was exhilarating and humbling to spend time with such a fascinating collection of creative minds while we explored the lake for inspiration.  An exhibition of our work is on display at the Landscape Museum of Lake Como in Tremezzo until 16th September. Another exhibition will follow at Gurr Johns in Pall Mall in October. I also have a solo exhibition planned for the end of October, please read on to find out more.

Rishi Sunak donates Alice’s painting to The Station Richmond.

Rishi Sunak has presented The Station, Richmond with Alice’s painting of Richmond Castle. He said: “I thought it most appropriate that The Station – a centre for the arts in Richmond – should benefit from Sky’s generosity and people in Richmond should have the chance to see the work too.The Station recently celebrated its 15th anniversary. It is looked after by a charity which does such an excellent job of running the centre and I hope there will be keen interest in this beautiful work by one of the UK’s leading artists.” Click on the image to read the full article.
